In a society dominated by shallow men that snub plus-sized ladies, I wanted to dedicate a post to the men that are broad-minded enough to not base their relationships on how much their partner weighs.
It's ridiculous that so many people would rather stay single then ever give a plus-sized person a chance. It's even more ridiculous when someone thinks that they are better than an overweight person, simply because they might weigh less. It's amazing how shallow society is. How many times have you heard someone say, "I can't believe he's dating that fat girl!"
A man in church that has been married for years and years once testified that he was one of the guys that would never date an overweight woman. As time has went on though, his wife is now plus-sized. He testified that he's never been happier. This is a man that could have lost a good woman and a happy marriage if he didn't release his shallow ways and realize what's important in life.
All I can say is that for you guys that look at the attraction, character, and personality of a women and not just her weight, good for you!!! I think I speak for all plus-size ladies when I say thank you for being such a great example!
